Yay! Eternity of Dream's 2nd Anniversary!

To begin with, Happy New Year! I hope that everyone has had fantastic holidays and is ready to start off for another twelve months of film appreciation. I would love to apologize for not being around; with the holidays and the fact that I'm standing at the life crossroads right now, it has been problematic to keep up my blogging at a sufficiently active level. But I'm longing to see more films, to write more and to read more about cinema.

The title makes obvious that my blog, Eternity of Dream, turns two years old today. When I think of it, it seems crazy, because I can't embrace the fact that I have been writing about cinema for a couple of years and haven't given up, although I used to have strong doubts about maintaining this site. I want to thank every each of you who bother to give a look and a read in favor of my writings. I'm grateful to have this opportunity to express my love to films in a global language and I thank you for forgiving me all my language mistakes. Side note: it all used to be my main doubt, my biggest uncertainty, but now I feel absolutely comfortable, writing in non-perfect English.

A little bit of trivia:

I have reviewed 140 films within these two years. Not too many but it makes me slightly proud.

I have published 10 guest posts. Contributors, you obviously rock.

I hosted a little something, called Christmas in Genres. I never did something like this before, so evidently, I loved it.

For the first time, I participated in a film-oriented podcast (Matineecast, to be precise). It was a bit scary, I forgot how to speak English correctly, but it was still awesome.

I was a #MTOS host.

I'm truly glad that two years ago I started this mini adventure because I get to know many great film lovers from all around the world thank to this blog and Twitter, where I haven't been active recently either, sorry for that! Once again, I thank everyone who reads the blog and who has been a fantastic conversationalist on Twitter.
